Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Coldbet Partners affiliate program operated by Megabond LTD. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts. Participation is not permitted where prohibited by applicable law. Coldbet Partners reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.

3. Commission Models

Coldbet Partners offers the following commission structures:

  • Revenue Share (RevShare) — 20% to 50% of net gaming revenue (NGR). Exclusive arrangements up to 60% may be agreed in writing.
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) — Fixed payment per qualifying First-Time Depositor (FTD). Rates of $10 to $200 depending on GEO and traffic quality. Subject to a soft cap of 50 FTDs per period and a hold period of 7 to 28 days.
  • Hybrid — Combined RevShare and CPA as agreed individually.
  • Sub-Affiliate — Up to 5% of commissions earned by affiliates you refer to the program.

NGR is calculated as Gross Gaming Revenue minus royalties, payment processing fees, platform fee (5%), and player bonuses. The resulting admin fee averages 25-30%.

4. Tracking and Attribution

All referrals are tracked using last-click attribution with a 30-day cookie window. Promo codes take priority over click-based cookies at the point of player registration. S2S postback tracking is supported. Pixel-based tracking is not available.

5. Payments

The minimum payout threshold is $30 for weekly payments and $100 for monthly payments. A minimum of 5 lifetime First-Time Depositors is required before any payout is processed. Available payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, Skrill, USDT, and Bitcoin.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

  • Fraudulent, incentivised, or artificial traffic
  • Cookie stuffing or manipulation of tracking parameters
  • Self-referral or referring persons connected to you
  • Bidding on branded keywords without prior written approval
  • Targeting markets where online gambling is prohibited
  • Misrepresenting the Coldbet brand or products

7. Intellectual Property

All creative materials provided by Coldbet Partners remain the property of Megabond LTD. Affiliates may not modify branding materials without written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days written notice. Coldbet Partners reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coldbet Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
